After many years of elaborating preserves for home consumption throughout the year as part of our goal of self-sufficiency, we saw that our increasing production would allow us to share our products with others, and so “Tuta Fruta” was born.
More than 10 years ago we transformed the cellar into a commercial, certified organic* jam kitchen, and began bringing our Tuta Fruta creations to the public.
We now sell more than 15 exclusively home-grown jams, ranging from well-loved basics like Raspberry and Fig jams to our own unique creations, such as Plum-walnuts and Black&Red current jams. Perhaps what most sets us apart are our specialty Black and Red Current Syrups and pure Apple and Tomato Juices. To spice up the savoury meal, we also elaborate a delicious Chutney and Pisto.
